Feeling really hungry this afternoon. I think it may be because I didn't drink enough water today. That could explain the small headache I'm dealing with, as well.
Nothing really new...things are going well...I've tracked my food now for 3 days. Going over my calorie count slightly each day...THAT could explain why I can't lose much weight on a permanent basis...I've been over about 100 calories each day. Grrr...so close, and yet...
Well, I'll get into the groove of things. Can't expect perfection right out of the gate, I suppose.
Back To School Night tonight...I hate these things...

You should still lose if you're only going over by 100 cals because in a week thats 700 and it takes 3500 calories to lose a pound, so you're reducing your weightloss by about a quarter of a pound, so should still lose about 1.5lbs all being well and good.
that is the good thing about tracking - now you know what may be an issue - you can tweak!
I agree with claire...it may be something else. And hey about the back to school night from a teacher who has to smile through them all! :)
